We have three types of ribs - mixed, back, and side. Just indicate what type you'd like on your order. All ribs are $9.75/lb.
 
All our pork is raised on our farm, enjoys certified organic grain, the cover crops and grass and bugs they find along the way.  They are outside all the time with access to shelter and water.  They are allowed to live the life pigs should be living!  They can root around, move and play and eat healthy grain and grass!
