Our grass fed, grass finished organic beef is only $12.50/lb. If you order a 1/2 cow you will save almost $800 then if you ordered individual cuts!
We are feeding our cows only fresh grass in the summer and hay in the winter months. They are not given any steriods, hormones or antibiotics.
We rotationally grazing the cattle so they are moved multiple times a week to fresh grass. This allows the carbon to be sequested into the soil by the cows. Grass fed/grass finished beef is much more nutrious and environmentally friendly then grain fed beef.
You can order a half, whole or quarter cow from us.
A whole cow will yeild about 360lbs of meat which is about $4500.
A half cow will yeild about 180lbs of meat which is about $2250.
A quarter cow will yeild about 90lbs of meat which is about $1125.
In your beef you will get approx.
10% soup bones and stewing beef
- steaks, 3/4″ thick (t-bone, tenderloin, sirloin, round)
- roasts, approx. 3 lb each (blade, cross rib, short rib, prime rib, rump, sirloin tip)
- stew beef (kebab beef)
- short ribs
- meaty soup bones
- ground beef
- thinly cut steaks for stirfrys
OUR DELICIOUS BEEF IS 100% GRASSFED. OUR SMALL COW-CALF HERD IS A MIX OF ANGUS AND SPECKELED PARK.

Full payment is due upon delivery/on-farm pick up.
